Facilities we call Home.  For years, zoning, in-expensive energy, and market forces (the single-family house with the white picket fence) caused suburban sprawl in the mid-Atlantic to create acres of sub-divisions without a heart, a sense of community, and grid-lock on the roads.  Later, changes in zoning, a recognition that the amount of land available was finite, and the shift in the market-place to people wanting to live in communities with amenities has changed how much of our housing is built.

Our projects range from renovating older mid-rise apartments to brand new apartment and condominium complexes.
