Industrial projects are facilities to support the production or distribution of goods. For us, most of these have been stand-alone facilities, but we have been involved in the conversion of warehouse spaces to meet specific process requirements.
Because there are not that many industrial facilities in mid-Atlantic area, these projects require more effort to educate the code enforcement staff and select the right contractors for each particular project.
Our projects have ranged from the fit-up of a 3,000 SF distillery to a ground-up 25,000 SF brewery, to an 80,000 SF electronic and metal manufacturing facility, and for Giant Foods bakery, dairy, salvage building, and up to a 1,200,000 automated dry goods distribution center.
